Just returned from a great cruise on the Sun! Save your money, blow your kid's inheritance, stop paying your mortgage and travel in luxury, what are you waiting for? Just do it!

We began our trip with a pre-cruise stay at the Clarion Neptun Hotel in Copenhagen and also our post cruise stay. The hotel is not 5 star but it's a good value, clean and 2 hot meals per day are included! The staff is friendly, the rooms are small, however, the 2 room suite (room 314) is decently appointed ( no AC in this room, but it was not needed as the windows open)

On to the cruise, after check-in we were immediately met our butler Dilip and were discreetly escorted out of the common areas. We were shown our suite (1003) and met our concierge Omar O'Besso who is a dear! Omar handled all of our dinner reservations including CHEF'S TABLE - do not miss this! It is a super exclusive 9 course meal prepared for a lucky 12 diners - book the minute you arrive on the ship! It is a great time and well worth the $75 charge as it also included a behind the scenes galley tour with the Chef - super cool!

Cabin Review

Owner's Suite with Large Balcony

Cabin SB

The Room :the Owner's suite is nice ( suite 1003), but it is a bit dated and the ship is 10+ years old, however, it's the only way to cruise in my humble opinion. It beats the heck out of the inside cabins, I am told. Nice closet space, huge whirlpool bath tub! his and hers sinks, nice tile - needs a light in the shower... huge balcony (with hot tub). very comfortable space for 2 adults any more people and it's too small.
