Ship Facts: Celebrity Silhouette Review (by Cruise Critic!) | Celebrity Silhouette Deck Plans
Gorgeous Ship! Wonderful Crew!
We went on Royals Explorer of the Seas 2 years ago, would not go again on Explorer! We saw a HUGE difference with the service the pride in the ship the officers come out talk to you play games get to know the guests. If you have an issue it is fixed within minutes!! The Captain was so funny!! He always made joke wether he be in a presentation in the theater or on the PA telling you where we are.

The specialty dinning we went to Tuscan we loved it! The Master Grill was wayyyy too much food but soooo good!! We did not do the other dinning areaas. We started on the 6th floor heard some noise outside right away they moved us to 7 and we were so happy! The maid on 6 was not to friendly or clean, I found alot of dust in my bathroom tray where the little soaps were. Then we got to the 7th floor thanks to Jon in guest relations who was the best, and the maid on the 7th floor was great!! He was so sweet his name was Benny! The MDR was good a bit to crowded! The seating for a new ship like this really and truly needed to be more spread out!! If you sat by the windows and got up you were lucky you did not bang into someone behind you there was no walking room at all!! The good was great in the MDR too! The ship is goreous! They need more seats in the solarium because if you are not there by 8am you do not get one! There was a good mix of ages on there too! They needed a bit more activities for people in their mid 30's the sea days got boring even when we went to play bingo it would be sold out 45 mins before! The crew makes a point to chat with you play games and have a good time this is the 1st ship I have seen do this. We loved it, The hideaway had coffee all day everyday for anyone which was neat the spa was very nice too! The Caribean stops we went to were great too, except St. Kitts we could have done without our excursion the bus that picked us up could not get up hills it was almost broke down. Celebrity gave us half of our ticket money back when we told them.

When we went on Royal it was as if no one cared that you had an issue. If you have any questions please email me....
