We arrived at the Terminal by taxi and thought we would have to take our cases to check in, but as soon as we pulled up the porters were there taking the bags from the boot and the next time we saw them was outside our Stateroom that evening. What a fantastic service.

Check in was really quite quick considering the amount of people boarding - the staff were quick, efficient but still friendly. Bring first time cruisers they helped us with paperwork and information. We boarded and were able to go to our Stateroom straight away. Our Attendant came and introduced herself and showed us the room facilities. We had ordered the fruit juice package and this was waiting in the room and our Attendant put it in the fridge.

Our stateroom was lovely - much better and bigger than we'd thought it was going to be. The balcony had a table and two chairs and was quite roomy. Our attendant kept it immaculate for the whole holiday - she also kept us amused with various towel creations which became an ongoing joke as my husband moved her creations and created new ones!

9590 was mid ship - it was a bit of a walk either way to the nearest lift, but a good location. Quiet because people were not passing by too much.
