Arrived in Barcelona one night before the cruise and stayed at the Royal Rambla Hotel which has recently been renovated. I love Barcelona as it has great shopping and lots to do.

We caught a taxi to the pier after checking out of the Hotel at 12.00. When we arrived there was a long line but it went very quickly so we did not have to wait very long. Then we were on the ship and went to the Oceanview Cafe for a buffet lunch which was very crowded but we where able to get a seat. Our rooms would not be ready until 3pm as the reason we found out later was the NoroVirus so it was getting cleaned very well.

CABINS: Our cabin was very quiet and well maintained. Serviced twice daily and our room attendants were very nice and helpful always with a smile.
