The 7-day Western Caribbean was incredible on the Dream. We could stroll the Promenade deck after dinner and enjoy the Caribbean ambience like we were the only people on board. We liked deck 5, the Lanai area, for its ambience, outdoor areas, and for the Ocean Plaza hub, particularly for its early morning coffee and treats at Plaza Cafe and Patisserie. We enjoyed music and incredible mini-martinis there in Ocean Plaza as well.

The aft dining was incredible--not crowded at all--and always with restaurant style seating--it just made meeting people so much easier, with lenthy conversations if we wanted it. This just didn't happen in the rushed, crowded cafeteria hubs on deck 10; you could beat the crowd with early breakfast. But in Scarlet Dining, we enjoyed window seating at lunch and breakfast--always an unhurried treat.

Dream's food is really good. In Scarlet Dining, you just can send it back and ask for something else--but it was so good I never did.
