I am writing this review because we were shocked to read other reviews complaining about the food at Blue restaurant.
This was the very best cruiseship-restaurant we have ever had the pleasure to be served at. We live in France (Provence). My wife is a gastronome.
So we have some expertise enabling us to appreciate quality.
The meals and menus were top quality with superb variations.
The waiters...... the best team ever : Aldo, Mario, Jennifer, the Croatian wine stewardess, the impossible to remember named Polish matre d'..... All extremely dedicated professionals to help making your dining a feast.
We recommend the acqua class foremost for that restaurant.

Another thing that shocked us was the low appreciation of some for the shows.
Do these people live in Vegas ??
We thoroughly enjoyed 85% of the shows . Again : top quality and very entertaining.
What we did not like : crowds at all destinations except Messina (which is understandable). I had the privilege to visit the Parthenon and some Greek isles in the 60's. What a difference now !! Crowds, lines, unending souvenir-shops and hawkers adressing you. Also, surprise : Greece is not a cheap country !
More and more cruise-ships with more and more passengers.... That means - evidently - all interesting destinations are far too busy and infested with quick-buck commerce.(7 euros for two tiny coffees in Mykonos).
As on all previous cruises we've been on : we are surprised that so few passengers complain about incessant music all over the ship. All of it of the same taste. Never once did we hear Vivaldi, Mozart or even an operette....
Except the excellent chamber music trio : thanks for that.
We have now decided to cruise only with Celebrity in the future.
We enjoyed being aboard and congratulate all staff that served us so well.
