The Musica is a nice ship, but the experience was awful. Musica's staff have a belief that they are right and the rest of the world are wrong.
The onshore time at the ports of call are too short and you are herded like cattle to get off the ship. Then there is only time for a quick look round before returning to the ship. Don't choose MSC's excursions unless you have a desire to lose a lot of money - they are ridiculously expensive. Simply get off and get a taxi.
Meal times are like feeding time at the zoo. Big queues and lots of pushing. I like hot food to be hot not lukewarm, and I like it to have some taste. The sweets are allbland and all taste the same no matter what you choose.
The entertainment, well, there isn't any. A beautiful theatre where you sit down expectantly. Some dancers and a singer come out, sing a few songs and disappear after 25 minutes. Next night more of the same. The bands in the bars are bored out of their heads, as are the More passengers.
The TV's in your cabins have nothing on but the news and if you want to watch a film, there is a charge.
A service charge of 15% is levied on everything you pay for and whats worse is that you are charged an extra charge on your room account for having your room cleaned. How does that work?
