This was my first cruise. I was very excited about this. I was going with 16 other friends and family members. We were to go to 3 Ports Nassau, St. Thomas and St. Maarten.

We made our first stop at Nassau. I had booked the Blue Lagoon excursion. Blue Lagoon was boring. I did not know all it would be was a beach. Then we were there an hour longer than we were supposed to be. On the way back to port we were told to hurry back to our ship that it was waiting on us.

When we were on the ship we were told we would not be going to the other 2 ports that the ship had a problem with one of the engines. We went to Freeport and to Key West. I did not pay all of this money to go to someplace that I could drive to. Carnival gave us $100.00 off on our sail & sign cards while we were on the ship. I had the travel insurance but a lot of good it did me I have got nothing back. Then I received a letter from Carnival stating that I would receive $150.00 on my next cruise sail & sign card. I don't know if I will ever get to take another cruise. The 16 people that I went with 8 of them were first time cruisers. We were all very disappointed at the way that we were treated by Carnival. I really don't know why they even have the insurance
