This ship is beautiful. It is tired in certain areas but overall lovely to take a cruise on. Overall this cruise in terms of standards, service, entertainment, ports and food was very very good. 3 major things let it down for me :-
SMOKING - people were allowed to smoke virtually anywhere and nobody challenged them if they smoked in no smoking areas. For non smokers it was really hard to enjoy the bars and nightclub. One of the crew said the policy had changed when they came over to Europe as most Europeans smoke (especially the Spanish). If this is the case passengers should have been told and should have been able to book a different cruise.
HAND CLEANLINESS - alcohol gel was available at restaurant entrances but very few people used it. On all previous Royal Caribbean cruises staff have made sure people use alcohol gel. I'm disappointed this has stopped as germs will just breed and be passed on.
