Sailed on the 13Th May 2012 and the embarkation process was under way even by 12.00. This was our first cruise and selected a spa deck room Deck 11 which was well worth it as it was only a short walk from our room.
Our room itself was well appointed and very clean with a balcony to use. The entertainment staff were very good and the shows in the evening were excellent and very professional. You need to be fond of food on a cruise we found out as there can be food found some where on board 24hrs a day!. The main food area were the buffets during the day and two main restaurants in the evening. My most criticism was that the food was never hot!! although very well cooked. The weather going was good and also very good in the resorts but on the way back it was cold and a little rough so they had to put the cover over the main deck area. This did spoil the trip a little as we could not get out on deck to sunbathe but that is out of their hands.
Drink prices were not cheap and most of the treatments in the spa were quite expensive. If you want a treatment wait until the day you want it as they do have specials at a discounted rate!!
Our maid was fantastic and even after only 1 day she was calling us by our first names.
Overall a great experience but cruising is not for us as we found it a little restricted esspecially if you have no sun.
