Additional details

Sail Date: Apr 2012

The ship recently returned from dry dock in the Bahamas, where she was "Solsticized". Most public spaces were refreshed and several new features were added including Aqua Class staterooms and features for the Aqua Guests (i.e. Blu Restaurant and upgraded Spa amenities).

Aqua Class Amenities (+ Pros | - Cons)

+ New Staterooms and Features (See Stateroom & Bathroom Pros/Cons)

Cabin Review

Cabin 1A

Aqua Class Stateroom (+ Pros | - Cons)

+ Deck 11 Stateroom (All are new, Part of the Solsticized upgrade in December 2011)

+ Sofa

- Isle Clearance between Bed and Wall (Is only 15", People of size have to walk sideways)

- Public Announcement System ( Didn't work, stateroom attendant indicated the volume control and speaker in the room were hooked up. A serious negative, given the 8 hours of narration through the Panama Canal

Tip: Veranda Sizes on Deck 11 (Rooms forward have wider verandas and rooms aft have narrower verandas)

Aqua Class Bathroom (+ Pros | - Cons)

+ Comfort height toilet

+ Shower Wand & Body Spray

- Shower Size (Only 23" W x 46" L, Narrows to 13" wide at back side)

- Shower (Leaks under shower doors, Carpet always wet)

- No Outlets

- No Storage (Clearly not what was shown on Celebrity Website)

- Size (Overall very small)
