JEWEL OF THE SEAS WESTERN 6-NT CARIBBEAN MARCH 6, 2005

We are husband and wife, in our late 30s. I work as a computer analyst, my wife is a teacher. This is our sixth RCI cruise, and seventh overall. We booked in late Nov thru a local TA, after knowing the exact itinerary and cabin area we wanted. We also traveled with another couple, friends a few years wiser than us. This was their fourth RCI cruise and booked thru the same TA. The review doesn't speak directly from their opinions, but does include our observations thru them. A price drop in Dec was quickly honored before final payment.

OVERVIEW Every cruise has its own personality, and it is always hard to pick a favorite. We took it easy most of the time, missed a few things, but that always leaves you wanting to come back. Bottom line, regardless of any nicks listed below - this was a fabulous trip, ship, crew, food, and islands! Because they are similar ships and recent timing, this review contains many direct quotes from our Serenade Review done in Jan 2004.
