We just returned from our 1st Cruise with Oceania on the Marina. It was just wonderful from start to finish, 10 day Mediterranean Cruise from Athens to Barcelona. The ship is beautiful, Dining options were great. We ate at all the Speciality restaurants once and they were all delicious! Our favorite was probably Red Ginger and Jacques. Our expectations of this cruise were high from all we had heard and read about the Oceania Marina and we were not disappointed at all. It far exceeded our best hopes. The cabin was quite comfortable and we enjoyed the Concierge level with it's amenities. Our Cabin Stewardess was polite and friendly and took care of whatever we needed.
We arranged all private tours at each port with others from our CC Roll call and it all turned out perfect. We met wonderful friends from all over the US and Canada and enjoyed the perks of touring these beautiful Mediterranean ports in small groups of 8. Oceania's ship port excursions are quite pricey and not of interest to our style of touring.
The crew and staff of the Marina do all they can to please and assure a great sailing and they have been the best we have encountered on any other ocean cruise line previously. We cannot wait to return to Oceania in the future, we are sold on them!
