We have recently traveled on the Vision for the second year in a row, and plan on sailing again on May 22nd when the ship repositions to Vancouver. Having sailed on her last year I have noticed a trememdous difference in the service between then and now.

I recently sat in the Solarium for quite some time and dirty dishes and cups was unattended to for almost an hour! The general condition of the ship was grimy and not well kept. The windows were filthy, as were the carpets in our guestrooms. After speaking to the purser's desk onboard, we have learned that Vision will be going to Miami next year for refurbishment, and believe me, that's a good thing because she needs it.

I felt as if the ship had cut back on their staffing, or the staff that they employed just didn't care. Even the entertainment felt a step down from last years performances, although we did enjoy the few comedians onhand this time around.
