Embark: Went smoothly we were in line by 1:00 and on the ship by 1:20 in our rooms with all but 1 piece of luggage which came within 15 minutes. Small line but moved smoothly, friendly staff, nobody offered to escort us to room, I'm sure if we had asked they would have but we had been on this ship before so no need for it. (A)

Room Steward: Romeo was very nice, knew us by name by the first night. We asked for robes, got them fresh from the wash by that evening. We didn't have any special requests so pretty easy going on him our room was always taken care of and he always had a smile on for us. Excellent service! (A+)

Lunch: Horizon court was crowded but we were always able to find a clean table within minutes. The staff was friendly and cleared plates as quickly as you finished them. Food was as good as any buffet and the banana bread was awesome! Selection at certain times was limited but always fruit and breads available. (A-)
