Enjoyed the Tulips and Windmills Cruise. Weather was a little cool and tulips not all blooming. The week before our cruise the weather was much warmer. If advising someone on this trip I would suggest the 2nd or 3rd week of April.
Ship was lovely and crew very willing to do everything to make passengers comfortable. Cabins are beautiful and bathrooms new and lovely Food was pretty good. Loved the 24 hour access to the coffee and tea machine and the afternoon cookies were great!
Not sure the extra expense for the balcony was worth the money spent. Weather was too cool to use the balcony and so many times when in port you are next to another ship so you are just looking into another cabin or the dining area.
The top deck was lovely but again not useful when the weather was so cool.
Loved the free wi-fi access. My husband was not happy that there was no exercise equipment on the ship. You can run on the top deck but they don't want you running too early in the morning as cabins below can hear you on the deck.
Free tours were pretty good. I do think this cruise could easily be shortened to 7 days as some ports offered little to see or do. Overall would be willing to take another cruise with Viking Cruise Lines.
