Embarkation - we embarked in Singapore after 2 nights at the Stamford Swissotel - a good hotel above an MTR station which makes getting around so much easier. We were scheduled to embark at 3.45pm but chose to take a taxi to the Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre at 1.00pm and take our chances. Within 30 minutes we were on the bus and heading to the container port. The only minor delay was getting off the bus at the ship with 3 buses in front of us.

Cabin - we booked an inside Cabin - Caribe Deck 407 - mid ships with easy access to central lifts. The cabin and bathroom are small but comfortable and as we only used the cabin for sleeping the size was not an issue. The Cabin Steward was rarely sighted but our room was always well looked after.

Meals - we chose any time dining and ate each night at the Pacific Moon. A group of 4 and we normally had dinner at 7.30pm - only 2 occasions did we have to wait for a table and then only for 5 minutes. The meals in our opinion were excellent as was the service.

Cabin Review

Cabin J

C407 - midships close to lift - no noise. Inside Cabin - but we are always book inside cabins to save money..
