Our trip on Royal Caribbean's Legend of the Seas was less than wonderful. Our 16 night cruise turned into a long long time. Our suite off the back of the ship was beautiful except for the fact that every morning around 6:30 or 7:00 am, we were awakened by deck chairs being moved and slammed onto the deck. We went to the Pursur's office all but 1 day of our trip to see what could be done and finally on the last day of our trip, the Head Purser came to our cabin and offered us 1/2 off our next cruise. We turned it down as we will never cruise on Royal Caribbean again. I have been on over 25 cruises and have never been treated so badly on a cruise, even the Carnival cruises I took while I was in college in the 80's.

I was very disappointed to have encountered this on such a nice ship. It was hard to feel rested or enjoy the rest of the ship knowing that early each morning, we were going to be awakened early from the noise and vibrations of the deck chairs.

The food was ok, our cabin steward was wonderful as well as our bus boy in the dining room. I have booked my 29th cruise this coming September on the Star Princess cruising the Baltic Sea. I cruise at least once or twice a year, every year, but never again on Royal Caribbean.
