Embarkation-Arrived at pier at about 11:15. Somewhat of a line but it moved along quick enough. Was on ship in time to have lunch in MDR. Luggage was delivered to the room by 1:30.

Cabin-Category VF on verandah deck five. Roomy enough, plenty of storage space. Bed very comfortable as was temperature of the room. The bathroom was in good shape and the cabin stewards Rulli and Made did a good job. Vanity was missing stool so my wife had to use table to sit on. Balcony a bit smaller than the decks above but room enough to enjoy. Very quiet.

Ship-Read some reviews that sounded like the ship was in bad shape. The ship was in good condition and no different from most of the 11 other ships I have been on except the brand new Celebrity Silhouette. The only two negative things I experienced were the condition of the lounges at the Seaview pool. Most need to be replaced. Very worn. The other issue was one day at sea we sat on deck 10 port and there was a bad odor that smelled like sewer issue. Read more
