-Can't even find Butlers around (as advertised)
-Lounge windows not cleaned during 1 week. Covered with salt. Limited visibility.

-There is no real Butler service. They just welcome you and clean your room. That's it.
-Outdoor pool water not heated. Only jacuzzi's are heated and very crowded. (except for the One Pool area reserved for Yacht Club members)
-Did not dock in Valetta due to storm. Instead wandered around for 6 hours and then went to the Marsalock bay for a technical stop. Why didn't they stop in Marsalock at first instead of burning thousand of liters of diesel wandering around?
