Cabin C742 is on the Caribe Deck and is the last cabin on the port side of the ship. It is very convenient to all dining rooms and buffet lines. This cabin is located on the other side of the ship from the Princess Theater. The huge balcony on this cabin is half sheltered and half in the sun. If you stand on the unsheltered part of the balcony, people from above can see you. The balcony has two chairs that will fold out to be loungers, two regular chairs, and a good size table. This particular cabin has a little bigger balcony that most because it is on the end. There is a little more wave action because it is on the front. It was more a shimmy. I had a Scopolamine patch so it didn't bother me at all, but it did bother my husband. At times, there was a little cabin noise, and really only on the way home. It was like a creaking sound. We found it easier to go from one end of the ship to the other by simply walking down the Caribe Deck hall. The room is a little bigger than most cabins, but the bathroom is typical cruise ship size. The closet is huge, and there were plenty of hangers. The hair dryer is not very good; I suggest that you bring your own. There is a refrigerator in the cabin. Robes, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion are provided. Fruit and ice is provided everyday.
