We purchased Cave Tubing with lunch via the ship.

The ship was anchored out what appeared to be 5 miles out, tendering to and from was OK, only lengthy process was loading and unloading the tender.  
Instructions of to and from bus, days event expectations, how, when and where for facilities, lunch and meeting point was not clear or fully explained.  We were not grouped or told these are your travel mates/group or to keep up with one another until after we arrived at the excursion point, too late.  This should have been done on the pier before we entered the restroom.
The bus left some people as we were in the restroom with our group that we had not been introduced as a group.  The hour long bus ride with a slow driver was interesting, yet long.  The city itself was poor and non-interesting.  The excursion was interesting and educational but not fully as expected in excitement value.  Lunch was unorganized, slow and confusing as to the process.  
Last tender was suppose to be at 4:15 and an hour later, they were still tendering back to the ship.  As we left our excursion point late with a slow driver, we got back to the pier at 4:30 to find a line about a 1/2 mile long awaiting for what appeared to be one tender running.

Belize City

Beach and surrounding areas were immaculate.  The service was prompt and friendly.  The atmosphere was grand.  Could have opted to stay much longer.  Relaxing under a palm tree with newly made friends sharing life doesn't get any better than this.

Montego Bay

The beach was a great location about 5 miles away from the pier and set-up was very nicely done.  We were the only ship in port so the crowds were non-existent.  Snorkeling was fabulous.  Having all inclusive was great to not have to rent a chair, umbrella of the likes.
The pier entertainment, restaurants, shopping were all very interesting, fun and enjoyable.  Could have stayed longer.

Travel via bus to the beach resort was educational and fun.  The beach was beautiful but was not all inclusive as advertised.  We had to buy or rent snorkel equipement, rent chair umbrella.  Beach itself was fun, enjoyable and great snorkeling day but did not like having to pay more for items expected to be included.  Surprised lunch wasn't extra.

We love to be located a couple+ floors from dining, entertainment, casino and a floor or 2 from the main lido deck.  We were just down the hall from the stairs and elevators... perfect again.  Cabin had a couple of issues with drawers off the tracking but all in all, great cruise and room.

Shops were nice with again, great staff.Smokers, loud neighbors, chair hogs and balcony door slammers: 
Smokers didn't pose an issue to us being non-smokers except the bar at the front entrance of the casino.
