Please let me start by saying that all in all we had a good cruise, and having travelled on more that 30 cruises in 18 years I would like to think I do know what I am talking about.

The last time we travelled with Princess was 2 years ago on the Ruby and were so impressed, although we have travelled with Princess 5 times in the last 5 years.

I could not believe how much the buffet menu has deteriorated in that time. The choice is so much smaller and generally cold. My major gripe is that I object to not being able to any longer decide how much juice I want for breakfast..........everything is now served to you by waiters with no self service. Milk is served for your coffee and cereals in a plastic glass on the table...........not even a jug!. If you go to dinner at the buffet all starters are now bowled and ready to serve.
