Crown princess had some strong points, but a lot of small problems, 600 of them on our cruise. That was the number of kids that on the ship, with many of them spoiling it for the adults. We are dancers, but most of the time the kids turned the dance floor into a playground, during the few occasions they provided decent dance music on the 2 decent sized dance floors.

Service by room stewards was excellent, service in dining rooms was also excellent. The food was good. Anytime dining worked great for us, since we went in between 5:40 PM and 6:15 PM. There seemed to be a big wait at time for people arriving between 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM.

They had good lounge entertainers, but the scheduling and placement of the entertainers undermined their efforts. They had one lounge were people were dancing every night for the first 4 nights. So they moved one of the entertainers from there to places you could not dance and put a string quarter in that room in his place.

We were unpgraded to a balcony room on deck 10. It was nice and quiet. Steward service was excellent.
