Miami is an absolute nightmare, if you are from outside the US expect long delays. We were delayed for five hours, apparently there was an issue with our passports. So much for the ESTA.

Captain & Senior officers
We met the Captain (our designated driver) on most days. His announcements were both humorous and inspiring. Clearly respected, which shows all the way through the crew.
Was spacious, compared to some, with daily fresh fruit complimentary soft drinks and 24 hour room service. Bath robe,slippers and a good selection of toiletries a nice touch.
Used both the speciality restaurants and preferred the service in Aqulina (thanks Santosh) a tip here both restaurants are served by the same kitchen. So ask if you can mix and match the menus.
The buffet was very good. Too busy at times as the main restaurant is closed at lunchtimes when in port. Overall a good dining experience. Remember the wine is free when dining.
The Pool Grill was busy and at times appeared a little disorganised. Fantastic BBQ.
Discoveries was a Treat. Going as a couple then book the speciality restaurants for your romantic evening. Join another table at Discoveries, met some lovely people.
Small but adequate, teak sun lounges with thick mattresses and towels.
We booked on the 50% deal but they are still more expensive than those offered on shore. So you pays your money you take your chance. For a ship that caters for the over 50's there a a good and varied selection.
Don't fancy the wine, coffee and soft drinks then purchase a package. Book it on day one, details available at all bars.
Not really my cup of tea. Prefer the west end type productions, with comedy etc. Magician very good.
The only area in which Azamara let itself down. We booked our flights and transfers with Azamara but were still requested to disembark at 9.05 although our flight was not until 17.40 with a twelve hour flight after that . Come on Azamara you can do better than this at least arrange for a hotel to freshen up in but better still let those late flying customers have lunch and a freshen up on board.
Would I travel with Azamara again. Most definitely, but not from the US and would keep an eye on the flight times.
