Just off the Silhouette and wanted to give some impressions and correct some earlier disinformation. Great ship, finest of the Celebrity fleet, the Captain is excellent and wonderful crew. Pick a cruise based on the ship not itinerary. Everyone has favorite islands but the difference is in the ship's age and condition. Not only the newest but constant cleaning and maintenance keeps it the finest on the seas. Very international crew and cruisers. Wonderful speaking French at the pool. Many Brits and Danes also abroad. Cruise Critic members packed the M&G and rocked the ship. Thank you Lenny and Mari for doing the impossible. The CC's you meet are the same you see in AH Riise, dining at the Lawn Club Grill and on the dancing under the stars.

The Lawn Club Grill-Deck 15 is not to be missed. Take the elevator up and book dinner sometime during your cruise. The best of the specialty restaurants with a show unlike any on the high seas. It is such a grand slam that the Reflection will have a double sized Lawn Club. The matre d' Karol is excellent and keeps the show moving. Make your own pizza, pick your own meats to grill or do nothing and watch the chefs in action. If you go on Silhouette without at least stopping up here you missed something very unique. Better yet make reservations for dinner because it will sell out. We also went to Murano and Qsine which are a mixed bag. Service excellent at both. Murano has a French flair while Qsine is different just to be different. Try breakfast or lunch at the Aqua Spa-Deck 12 by Solarium to have a lighter break from the Ocean View Buffet.

The spa staff is great but there is no free steam room. For steam you must buy a pass to the Persian Room, with heated seats. This is packed on sea days. Ditto in the Apple I Lounge-Deck 6. Need a place for executives to work on the computer without classes and internet shutoffs. Not everyone is just checking email these days. Celebrity must respond better to business executive needs. Michael Pub is now smoke free. This may seem like a good thing until you enter the pool on Deck 12. No one goes to Michael's anymore and a cigar lounge with modern air scrubbers would clear the cloud by the pool. The Card Lounge-Deck 9 is packed with players all day. Bring your own tiles.

Cabin 1A

Big cabin and bathroom. Balconies roomy for two. Most rooms have a balcony. Great European showers with separate pressure and temperature handles.
