This was our 6th Carnival Cruise . We have sailed on the Conquest ,the Glory - 3 trips & the Valor during this past Christmas . We had a wonderful Aft corner Balcony Suite with whirlpool tub, 2 sinks & separate dressing area, lots of closet & cabinet space a wet bar, safe, large seating area. The cabin stewards did a perfect job .We had a very good experience in the Empire Dining room with a large table centered in the stern w/ large window. Our servers were top notch . The food was consistently very good. We had the pleasure of dining in the Supper Club 3 nights , the food & service were stellar ! Jutga the Bartender & Marianna were very professional and friendly . The entertainment on this ship was very mediocre & lacking the pizzazz as on the other larger ships . The hypnotist was a riot , but the Lady comic was not that funny . Maybe more suited for a nursing home set.

We took a taxi ro a large beach in Ixtapa where we swam & had a nice lunch . In Alcapulco & Manzanillo we chose shore exclusions that took us by bus to 4 star resorts for swimming in pools & buffet lunches, this was very nice. We also had a private showing of the cliff divers.

The fitness center is great , but needs more free weights & mirrored walls. The spinning classes were a good work out . The cardio equipment is sufficient , but is crowded in the mornings on sea days.
