Traveled with children

We are first time cruisers and were traveling with 4 children, ages, 19, 14, 11 & 9. Total in our group was 24 people. Their are pros and cons of this cruise. Let's start with the pros. The food was good but we are easy to please, we especially liked the buffet, it always had a different variety and was better than the Garden and Windows dining. Garden and Windows dining was basically the same food but in different dining halls. We never ate in any of the other restaurants you had to pay for expect we did get sushi several times and it was good. The ship was very clean and the staff will do anything to make you happy. Our housekeeper, Jonathan, was the best. Although we had 4 people in our room, he somehow found a way to clean our room without falling over all the stuff we had in the room. He turned down our beds every night and left us a towel animals and always called us by our first name and wanted to know if he could get us anything.

The entertainment staff was ok, at times cheesy. The newlywed show was funny. The comedian was ok as well. The kids enjoyed the shows.

As far as the kids club went, my 9 year old said it was boring. At certain times they have themes and do entertainment with the kids but it was always starting at 10:30pm when after a long day at ports and dinner, it's time for bed.

Cabin IE

6065 - Slept 4, noisey location, clean, beds are terrible, pillows are flat, room itself was tiny, bathroom is a good size.
