We went on the Oct. 28th 12 day cruise to the Caribbean and had a OV cabin on deck 2 since I booked this popular ship too late to get a suitable cabin on a higher deck. I chose this cruise because of distance from our house in NC that did not require us to fly and because of all the positive comments from repeat cruisers that showed how much people loved this ship and the crew.

We booked about a year out so that we could be sure to get a junior suite - our first in this type of cabin and a great deal price wise. Itinerary was great even though we had two changes due to hurricanes Irma and Marie. Worked well for us because we had never been to Barbados or Martinique. We had two favorite shore excursions - The Catamaran and Lobster Lunch in Antigua. This one included two ...
We chose this cruise because we love the Caribbean and 12 days is perfect. Also, we live close to the port so we don't have to worry about additional travel. The ship is a bit old but the service is awesome, the food pretty good and the intinaries are good. We spent a lot of time in the casino since my hubby likes the slots. In all our cruises we've never had a host like this time. Kaia was ...
Love this ship it is not too big and the service is outstanding. Stateroom staff went over and above to make sure all our needs where met. Dining room staff was also outstanding. First night dinner was vey slow but this was because it was our waiter first night, but after that night it was above par. Second last day of cruise we hit high seas as high as 12 foot waves. The entire staff was ...
Great way to see some of the New England states. All ports were great to visit we did some excursions through the ship and did some on our own. We had room 4051. It was great for us. Had plenty of room and storage. Showers had good water pressure. It was quite and near the shows for quick location. We had one night of stormy seas and felt it was a better locations that other places on the ship ...
I have taken this trip before, and this time I had the opportunity to spend more time on self directed day trips. I had the opportunity to visit craft beer pubs, all within walking distance of the ports. The weather was excellent and the foliage still in color (I was told that this was the warmest October in both St. John and Halifax).
Dining was memorable and top notch. In the buffet I ...
Our 5th cruise with Royal Carribbean. The ship is older and smaller but sailed well. I enjoyed the New England and Canada ports.
We went to the main dinning room for dinner the first night and the line was so long, we went to Chops because they came and offered a discounted rate to eat for those of us standing in line. The next morning we went to the main dining room for breakfast and the ...
Decided on Royal Caribbean due to a buy one get one 50% off deal. Port was super convenient and close to our home. First cruise and was very impressed by all aspects of the cruise. Great food, service and tons of events for entertainment. Very clean ship! There was always something going on and the crew were so willing to do whatever you asked. I did not encounter one rude person on the ship. The ...
Loved this cruise! Two days on the ship Days 1 and 2, afternoon to next morning in Bermuda Day 3. Then Day 4-5 back on ship and home to port in Baltimore, MD. Wonderful experience! Staff bent over backwards to make our cruise special! Except for a little rocky weather on day 4, we enjoyed sitting on our balcony watching the sea.
The shows, the food, the shore excursions, everything was ...
I chose this cruise because it was leaving on my friends birthday. Started out as a small possibility of the two of us going and ended up a group of 10 having a wonderful time celebrating the birthday and enjoying a cruise to beautiful Bermuda. Grandeur (Lady G) is a wonderful ship. On the smaller side but still lots to do and not over crowded. She is showing her age but is well maintained and ...
