The staff were amazing! Especially Asir and Ashkay in the windjammer. Food was excellent. The room was small but set up well with lots of places to store our things. Smaller ship was great for our family with young kids. Adventure ocean was fantastic. My daughter loved it and wanted to go every day! The nursery was fantastic too. I wish that they didn’t charge extra for that ...

All aspects of this cruise were GREAT. The Cruise director was the best we had ever encountered. Here are the negatives........ Spa attendants were VERY condescending, the ONLY member of that spa team that was nice and helpful was the tall young male that worked there. The Casino could have been a better experience only because it was seriously UNDERstaffed. No change machines and not ...

we chose this cruise with a group of people. The cabin was great , clean and service was excellent. The staff at the main dining hall were true professionals. The entertainment director was excellent. The staff in the main dining hall were nothing but professional. The pool bar staff were also amazing. Some of the meals at the main dining hall were over cooked example the fish. We enjoyed the ...

I enjoy the Windjammer selection and quality of food. Went to Chops and Giovanni’s. Both were good and worth the extra charge for the special dinning experience. My wife and I were glad we tried them but may only do one special dinning on our next cruise (did 4 on this 12 day cruise). Crew and staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful with any question or request I had. ...

"The Grandeur.... Best Cruise Ever!!"

The embarkation and disembarkation went very smoothly. The ship was so clean, someone was always cleaning something. Our cabin was always clean and towels always replaced. Every night, coming to our room, we were met with a different animal on our bed.The dining was superb and the service was impeccable. They would always ask if everything is good and did we need, anything else. Always keeping our ...

Wanted to try Baltimore as we could drive and not fly. The Cruise Director Mike was the best we've ever had. Enjoyed the ship size and never felt rushed to get from point A to point B Enjoyed having options of movies in the Theater on cruise days. The live orchestra was fantastic! Headliner entertainment was exceptional. Embarkation & disembarkation went very smoothly. Though did need more ...

Old and dirty

Food was hard and overcooked, with very small portions being served. The ship deck windows and cabin glasses were dirty. Long lines to get to excursion buses and shuttles taking almost 1 hour in the sun so we all got burned. Took one hour to get through the embarkation process only one half hour after it began! We had our photo taken as we entered the ship on day one. We saw the photo on ...

This was our 2nd cruise on Grandeur and we enjoyed it just as much this time except for our stateroom. See cabin review below. Everything else was great. We had wonderful servers for our late seating dinner, Roy and Elena. We had forgotten a wine bottle opener so we asked our cabin attendant and he brought us one as well as an ice bucket which he kept full of ice for us. There was a new activity ...

We chose this cruise because of the itinerary having never been to Charleston, SC, Cape Canaveral, or Miami, and the fact that we could drive to the Baltimore terminal. Our cabin was very roomy and clean and our cabin steward was very good and accommodating We chose to eat in the main dining room for our dinners and were very pleased with the selections and quality of the food. Our dining room ...
