The Old School Ship of the Seas should be the name. The actual ship. Needs a paint job and renovations but has a lot of smiling faces on board with the best customer service.

OLD OLD OLD Boat

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Enchantment of the Seas

The boat needs to be melted for scrap metal. it's too old and disgusting. Each room in between the glass and bedroom has dirt galore. This boat is just not a clean place to bring your family let alone your children. The food was just reheated and tasted terrible. Chops was the most decent meal on the boat.. and I mean somewhat decent.. Do not bring a 1-year-old.. The child cannot run around ...

We had a great time! Always have amazing service on Royal! Captain Angel was so warm and inviting, love hearing him speak! He always seemed so proud of his crew when he spoke about them or watched them perform! It was a great cruise- nice ship- It was her 20th Birthday while we were on this cruise- she could benefit from a total makeover. She looks old. Food gets a bit boring on the ...

I've cruised many times before. This was only my 2nd cruise on Royal Caribbean. Though the ship is older and not very large, I felt it was very clean and well maintained. But above all the staff was wonderful. They were friendly and attentive. And I felt there was sincerity. The service was great in all of the restaurants and I felt there were enough food options available. During my trip ...

All in all we had a wonderful time, all seventeen of us in our family group, including five children between 3 and 14 years of age. The Coco Cay private island where we shared two cabanas was exciting, the facilities at the island are the best of the private cruise island we have visited. Obviously the facilities at the Atlantis in Nassau continues to be the highlight of our visit. The personal ...

I expected much more from Royal Caribbean. The food was average at best. There wasn't much to do for the kids. The ship looked very clean but I did see someone in the Windjammer waiting staff drop tongs and pick it back up and put it back for the guests to use. They were able to get us on board quickly. The staff were very nice. The second day on the cruise during dinner, I asked for iced ...

I have been on this ship numerous times. I chose it because it was a short trip and my kids never been on a cruise before. The cabin was good, the food was good. Wish there were more eateries available. The shows are pretty much the same from my first cruise here over 10 years ago. It's an older ship, good condition, just needs to upgrade their activities. The excursions were good. Visited ...

We are seasoned cruisers with RC and we chose this cruise because the ship size is nice, and the number of nights is just fine. The enchantment has so many areas that are brand new,but then you find an area that has been around a while.Bottom line, the staff is what makes a cruise. Great dinner service as always, Nice Room tendants,, Warren is the most professional I have ever met, and I do ...

I choosed this trip because we wanted to go to Bahamas from Miami as it wasn´t far away. We´ve been travelling around in USA (we are from Sweden). First we went to New York and drove all the way to Miami with different kind of sightseeingstops. We just wanted to relax the last days of our three weeks journey and thought the cruising would be an good idea. We had a wonderful time on the ship and as ...

For a first time cruise, this was an amazing experience that has now got us hooked on to cruising. All of the staff in the cruise is really hospitable and they always meet and greet you with a smile. The dining room staff always makes note of your name and remembers your name. The bar service is excellent with the negligible wait time. Cococay is a beautiful island. Although i just relaxed on the ...

Costly, boring, and dated

They charge for internet! In 2017 when technology is everywhere in order to stay connected you have to pay for it! For a three-night cruise and let's say it really is only two whole days because by the time you leave port (4 PM), and you arrive back on by 7 AM it totals two days, to have to pay $55 a person for internet that is more costly than entire month of internet at home. The food was ...
