The Old School Ship of the Seas should be the name. The actual ship. Needs a paint job and renovations but has a lot of smiling faces on board with the best customer service.

1st cruise with Royal Caribbean

The ship feels dated and there is signs of rust around the stateroom windows and glass. The entertainment is old and dated reminded me of an early 90s tv show although the dancers and singers were fantastic but the routines and themes let them down. The food was good in the main dining room and the waiters were very friendly to us but we did get kicked off our table and moved about each night. ...

We chose this cruise for the destinations, and now we are even happier it was with Royal Caribbean. The service on board was great, the excursions were exceptional and well run. The staff was extremely friendly, and our waiter (Reynoldo) and assistant waiter (The) were exceptional! The food and selection in the dining room was outstanding. Our stateroom attendant (Kuniyil) was a rock star. ...

This was my very 1st cruise and I will say it was great! The staff are overly friendly and helpful but not in a annoying or fake way. By the end of the cruise you almost felt a small bond with some of the staff you see more often. The food and selection of food was good. The band that played every night in the lobby of the ship were AMAZING! The entertainment on the boat was fun, one night we had ...

I chose this trip because I wanted a 3 day getaway to celebrate my birthday with my family. I love cruising and I had recently come from a 7 day aboard the Harmony of the Seas and I was hesitant to book another cruise back to back. I'm really glad I did. Although this is an older ship it's very clean. I had a junior suit facing the back of the ship which was spacious but at times I can hear ...

We paid a little more for this RC versus the others offered for same timeframe but it was well worth it. The food was outstanding - available all the time, ample selection and amazing staff. Nothing bad to report other than Bingo was a rip off - $28USD and it ends up being all automated on ipad - not that fun. But I would definately pay the little extra for RC experience in future. The quality of ...

I chose this cruise for a quick getaway from the kids and was pleasantly surprised as how much fun I had. I did not care to much for CoCo Cay (wear water shoes, a lot of seaweed on the beach floor and keep your food covered the seagulls are aggressive). I've been to Nassau several times, but the ship itself with the activities were nice even if some ares were outdated it is a pretty ship with ...

First Anniversary was celebrated by Royal Caribbean. We felt very special.

We were in Miami on business. Our first year wedding anniversary was during this time. We enjoyed Allure of the Seas last year and decided to take a short cruise especially not knowing if we had to be in Miami on Monday 7/24/17 for business or not. We did not find out until too late that we did not have to be in Miami on Monday- we would have looked for a longer cruise. When we arrived we ...

Beware if it's your first time

We chose this because it fit our time frame. The staff was alright but we had difficulties with our excursions not being what we expected, the quality of the food was poor, the ship showed its age. If we decide to cruise again we are pretty certain it will not be with Royal Carribean. As first time cruisers they had every opportunity to capture our business. It seems that once the ...

Older boat but nice and small!

We wanted a long weekend get away. The ship is older but very clean. service and food was outstanding. State rooms were newer and very clean. Because it is a smaller ship, there were less passengers - so no hassle with lines for food, shore excursions, etc. Coco Cay was great - nice and relaxing and plenty of delicious food at the barbecue. Nassau, unfortunately, was OK - city is getting very ...
