The Old School Ship of the Seas should be the name. The actual ship. Needs a paint job and renovations but has a lot of smiling faces on board with the best customer service.

Enchantment - Post Hurricane Irma Cruise

We chose this cruise because we had been to Nassau, Bahamas on a prior cruise with RC, and due to miscommunications with others traveling in our group at that time, we only had a short amount of time to explore, so we wanted to try it again. We also had really enjoyed our day at Coco Cay on the prior trip, so we didn't mind another trip there. Since we had never been to Key West, we were ...

This was a great weekend opportunity for a quick getaway but if you're looking for quality and not just quantity and noise...forget it. RCCL used to offer quality trips with quality food and amenities. Now they just offer more of everything at the cost of quality. More noise, more belly flop contests, more pizza, more big screen television and less bar service. Had to get my own drinks ...

This experience was not up to par...

First of all, I know this was an older ship but that was not my issue. The cabin bathroom, the seats in lobby and especially the Orpheum theater were not designed to accommodate large plus size people. Extremely small seat and if you needed a larger seat, you had to settle for the back of the theater which had "mini" sofas. The stand up shower was so tight, my husband couldn't turn around without ...

We chose this cruise for the destination and the cruse line due to the service. We spent the day in Miami prior to departure and even though the hurricane had just past we still had a great time on the cruise. The cruise was organized in boarding ship and departure was easy. The spa experience was enjoyable but I would have done more if there were better deals. The ship was not new but it was ...

Very good option at the moment to plan your vacation. It was a good experience and I would like to repeat another cruisse with royal caribbean. the cleaneess in the room and restaurant was good. Many option to eat and drinks, and for entertainment. I highly recommend it. May be to improve next cruises, the company may reduce the prizes on board for different things like food, alcoholic drinks, ...

3 nights cruise to Bahamas

The cruise was outstanding overall!!!. However, the cruise transportation service we have to wait a lot of time before getting to our destination. The beverage package is not worth it for the amount of money we need to pay daily. The service staff was outstanding and very friendly. The checking process took a long time. The cruise transportation was not so good. We had to wait a lot of ...

So we left on the September 15th cruise on a 3 night Bahamas cruise to Cococay and Nassau. There was a bit of frustration that I will detail first but if you're looking strictly for the boat go past the first paragraph. First thing's first, there was a bit of a hiccup that was really frustrating. We received a text from RCCL regarding sail away being pushed to 8PM and boarding starting at 4PM ...

Prior to boarding the Enchantment on Monday, September 4th I contacted Royal Caribbean because of the hurricane and was told that there would be no impact on our trip and that if I cancelled my 3 cabins I would not receive a refund. The ship should have never set sail and I feel that I should receive a total refund for this nightmare of a trip. I’m a Diamond member and have never been treated so ...

The worst cruise ever

Granted this cruise was in the middle of Hurricane Irma but that really wasn't the issue. The food was bad. The service in the main dining room was horrible. The ship's pool deck had paint peeling. It looked terrible. The air conditioner in our room didn't work part of the time. Part of the time the public restroom near the pool did not work. You had to go all the way back to your room to ...

I went on the Enchantment of the Seas. My cabin was a window cabin on deck two aft. I had purchased a cheese and wine plate for a special occasion. I also have medical needs, where I need access to a fridge. Upon arrival to the room, I noticed that the fridge (nor the sharps container) were in the cabin. I contacted guest services immediately. They said that they don't have fridges for any ...
