The Old School Ship of the Seas should be the name. The actual ship. Needs a paint job and renovations but has a lot of smiling faces on board with the best customer service.

Royal Caribbean was our first cruise, and it definitely met our expectations. The staff was professional and polite, the ship was clean and entertainment was endless. The rooms were always very clean, and we appreciated the turn-down service, too! It was unexpected but certainly appreciated. They truly make you feel like someone special while on this ship. The only cons are quality of bed and ...

Quick trip to experience Royal Carribean , was disappointed in the food quality and the main entertainment. Ship is in need of renovation. Private island was really nice, plenty of chairs, but should have been told needed cash on island for shopping. Figured since it was their island, could use sea pass..I wasn't the only one unable to purchase tshirts...none of us were going back to the ship ...

Thoughts From A First Time Cruiser

I was originally looking for a land based All Inclusive vacation when we decided to take a cruise. I chose this cruise and ship based on the dates and duration of the cruise. Since I have never cruised before, I wasn't really sure what to expect from any of the ships and have no loyalty to any cruise line. My 13 year old son and I flew into Miami the night before embarkation day. We stayed ...

Everyone from Captain Angel down has a deep passion for their ship.It is reflected in the way passengers are treated. The ship is not glamorous, but is clean, well maintained and comfortable. The food everywhere on the ship was delicious and well served. The servers Max and Natallie in Anytime Dining were exceptional. They were efficient ,friendly and met our needs. Max brought us WAY TOO much ...

A BAD CRUISE

Very nice Nassau, I did the excursion to Sandy Toes, very nice Key West, I did not like Cococay, artificial beach and little food service, faktaron more food options, more fruits, but there were not in the boat, very few fruits, in Cococat the cost of the snorkel rental was USD 47, it is preferable to buy a snorkel in Walmart for USD 10. The cost of the umbrella USD 25, very expensive services ...

I wanted a nice family cruise, but this was a completely unexpected negative experience for a Royal Caribbean cruise. Enchantment of the seas needs a total refurb and a serious paint job. Lots of visible rust and caulking repairs. There was several paint colors worn though in the pool plus rust. Who is maintains this ship? Food quality was mediocre and the coffee in the windjammer sent me to the ...

This was our first cruise , it was recommended by our son who also came with his wife and two children. We were thoroughly pleased! The service was awesome. Really enjoyed the restaurants they were great. Our experience in My Fair Lady was wonderful. The food was great and was served with pleasure. We felt as though we were royalty. We were surprised and pleased to have the same servers each ...

Good Time on the Enchantment

I chose the Enchantment out of Miami b/c of the price/dates. Our oldest son was celebrating his 1 year anniversary and they asked us to join them. It worked for their dates and also the price/private island and Chops Grille. We cruise all the time. Mostly i (we) go by cost since we try to have these little get aways frequently. I love the Enchantment. I don't love driving to Miami like i once used ...

My husband and I took a 3 night cruise out of Miami on Royal Caribbean's Enchantment of the Seas. It was for a work retreat for my employer and also our first cruising experience, so we had very little idea of what to expect. However, from the time we set foot on the ship, we were greeted warmly and couldn't believe the friendliness of the staff. ALL the staff. Our room was clean and well-kept ...

The ship was in disrepair. Had a JS and the balcony was very badly rusted, burn marks on the balcony table ..gross. The furniture in the cabin was in poor condition, the doors and wood finished furnishings were in bad need of refinishing. Not up to RC standards, very sorry to have to say this, because I like RCI. The tables in the WJ too close together can't sit without bumping into another ...
