We enjoyed this ship very much with little cons. We have sailed this one twice. The first time we went to embark it was hectic no one was directing anyone in the port of Miami the second time was great out of Louisiana. The NCL free promotions for dining and beverages etc is a real differentiator. I have noticed that in the last few years the cruise lines are now up charging for everything and it is very annoying. Excellent prior experiences with other NCL cruises.
We have been on a large number of cruises (30+) with many different cruise lines and this was the worst cruise we have ever been on. We are NCL Platinum and have always enjoyed NCL ships, however due to the many negative experiences we had on this cruise, we will not be sailing on NCL again.

I have taken many New Years cruises, I also have taken four New Year cruises with Norwegian, but I have to say this one was the worst.
Embarkation & Disembarkation was one think they did right,
The cabin was nice, but the cabin steward only clean the room. Any message I had to go to guest service and they told me the steward was to deliver it. As far as TOWEL ANIMALS there was NONE.
