the staff was great, food was good, ports horrible and worst of all was the casino is on floor 7 open to 6 and 8 by the 3 story open staircases. This ships design for 4,000 people—is not, “people friendly”, for most everything. Restaurants/Bars/Entertainment/Cruise info Desks/Tour booking desks, most services are confined to 3 decks: 6-7-8.
