It seemed all about getting as much money out if you as possible.

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on MSC Divina

It was as if the staff had been told to push to sell everything to you, even had to pay for bottled water in the cabin which was a first for us having been on other cruise lines .And there were more speciality restaurants (have to pay ) than included dining . The entertainment (apart from the pantheon theatre) was repeated every night by the same singers and same songs (boring) .the sports bat ...

A wonderful time!

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on MSC Divina

We would like to thank MSC for a wonderful cruise to west Caribbean aboard Divina. In the midst of an upsurge of Covid infections, MSC crew did what they could to give us an enjoyable and memorable trip. We have done multiple cruise trips in last 10 years, last one being on Princess Majestic just a month ago, but never on MSC. To be honest, we had relatively low expectation for this trip, based on ...

The Crew Wins It!

The fabulous crew on this ship takes the cake and wins the most points for this cruise! The core entertainment staff really rocked! Even with the lower numbers of passengers, they kept up their enthusiasm and energy and tried to get everyone involved in all activities. They also made efforts to get to know the passengers which made this cruise feel much more intimate than others I have been on. ...

Great but could be better

We selected this cruise for the ports of call. This was a 14 day cruise with what they call a back-to-back because it stops back in Miami after 11 days then 3 more days in Bahamas. Of course with everything that was going on all of those ports of call were canceled with the exception of Bahamas. We went to Honduras, Belize, Costa Maya & Cozumel instead of Jamaica, Aruba, Columbia, Costa Rica & ...

18 days of HELL

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on MSC Divina

Most cruises are so much fun, we always ask where did the time go? before you know it the cruise is over, so we thought this would be the perfect way to enjoy a lengthy 18 day cruise, only this cruise we were counting the days for it to end! We knew having to wear a mask the entire time indoors would be a trade off for 1/3 capacity during our sailing, but it wasn’t long when we started noticing ...

On the pro side entertainment is really good, diversified live music throughout the different bars/venues, particularly from 5.30 PM untill 11.30PM/+ consisting of a live band on the main bar and then small piano / live singing throughout the different venues on the ship. Main show with different performers offering different genres, opera, pop music, dance, acrobats , consistently delivered ...

Not what I expected

This is my second MSC cruise this year. I got a good deal for a cruise around Christmas time and needed to take my hubby on one before year end so why not. What I like about MSC is their safety protocols in terms of having to wear a mask indoors and not every table is available in the buffet or other venues. I also like that the staff was very nice and attentive. The ship was very clean and ...

Beautiful Ship But Not a Perfect Cruise

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on MSC Divina

The Dates were good and the price was good so we took a 14 day Caribbean trip on Divina. The embarkation went well, and we felt totally safe from Covid. Everyone was tested 2 days before departure and at departure. Every adult was vaccinated. The ship was spotless. Our temperature was taken daily and hand washing was mandatory and closely monitored. In fact in the Atrium, staff stood outside ...

Chose another cruise line!

I had always heard positive things about MSC, however that was not the case for me. As an avid cruiser I thought I knew what I was getting. From the start the service was less than desirable at the terminal. When we were told as Americans our covid tests (less than 72 hours ago) were invalid. For American citizens results had to be less than 48 hours. At no time was this communicated. I received 8 ...

Why I won't sail MSC again

Review for a Caribbean - Southern Cruise on MSC Divina

This was our 2nd MSC cruise. We were on Seaside in November 2019 in the Yacht Club and received future cruise credit when MSC canceled 2 ports without telling anyone prior to embarkation. The FCC and a great sale (Balcony for the price of an Inside) along with a great itinerary made this cruise attractive. A couple of months before sailing I was checking if excursions were up (they didn't get ...
