My friends recommended this cruise. Due to Tropical Storm Harvey in the Caribbean our itinerary was reversed. This was done seamlessly. By the time we arrived in Cozumel Tropical Storm Harvey had strengthen into a major hurricane that was heavily impacting the home port of Galveston. DURING THE HURRICANE HARVEY , ALL PERSONNEL ON BOARD WERE AMAZING,
THEY REALLY CARE ABOUT THE PASSENGERS , THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ALL AREAS IS JUST EXCELLENT.
WE STAYED WITH THEN FOR 14 DAYS BECAUSE WE WERE NOT ABLE TO RETURN TO HOUSTON BECAUSE THE HURRICANE TRAGEDY.
