We are in our early 40s and went on the Thanksgiving cruise with our two kids, who were out of school with all the other kids :). Long, detailed – sorry. We have been on 9 other cruise (the kids – 1 had been on 2 others and the other 1 other), all on NCL (so review with comparisons). We selected Carnival, so that we could drive to Galveston and not have to buy 4 plane tickets. NCL has sailed from ...
So, this is our (wife and I) 4th Carnival cruise and our 4th different ship (previous ships are the Ecstasy, Triumph and Liberty). Embarkation was a breeze (pardon the pun) as we had FTTF. From walking into the terminal to getting to our room was about 20 minutes. A big part of that, aside from FTTF, was that your sail and sign cards are sent ahead to your cabin. So all you do now is go ...
Before our cruise, we went on line and explore our departure city. It was really interesting.
Our disembarkation and embarkation ran very smoothly. There were no hiccups.
The ship is very comfortable, smooth sailing and has a lot of amenities. There's always something to do to keep you busy.
The cabins are gorgeous, clean and spacious. The dining is ipeccable, you can eat all day and ...
Our week on the Carnival Breeze was a very pleasant get-away. The ship, although five years old, still feels quite new and contemporary, although there is quite a bit of rust on areas with metal, even on the balconies. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, the excellent service, and the musicians all over the ship, The layout of the ship is great with a different feel than many others due to the port ...
Had an amazing time on this ship. The embarkation was very streamline that as soon as you dropped your bags to get to the room was less than 30 minutes much much better from pass sailings.
Cruise Director was great and made himself available for many of the events. The chefs table was awesome it was set up directly in the kitchen. The chef had it very streamlined. The entertainment was good ...
I chose this cruise because when I went some years ago I was on a walker and in wheel chair but on another ship. The entertainment was not good and people didn’t respect the smoking areas me and my husband has asthma and we had to keep tell the people’s that bring the drinks and if we didn’t say anything they didn’t either. My husband wanted to go in the casino but the smoke was so bad. And dI ...
Carnival is still our cruise lines of choice after experiencing five cruises, three of which have been with Carnival. The ship, Breeze, has beautiful décor throughout, its staff provide superior service and are very attentive and friendly. The food was excellent in the dining rooms, buffets, specialty restaurants and cafes. The overall price was competitive with others in the cruise industry. Our ...
This is my wife and my second cruise. Our first one is the whole family on 4 days Carnival Ecstasy. My wife and I decided to go on this 7 day Carnival Breeze cruise trip.
The ship is beautiful, especially compared to other cruise ship at the same ports. The color scheme and design stand out, feeling modern, clean and unique.
Getting on the ship is super easy. We signed up to embarkation at ...
We did this cruise last year with 7 of us and loved it. This year there were 10 of us. We had the cove balconies . Some of the cabins were under the kitchen and were very noisy around 3 a.m. . Cabins 2397-2405 .. The cabins were clean and it was really nice being on the second level But beside the noise the cruise was great. Our wait staff were phenomenal. Table 508 Blush. Imade,Ynoman,Ynoman ...
My husband and I were on the Breeze over Halloween. We were on the Breeze last year, as well, for Halloween. So, we knew what to expect.
Pros: Overall, we had a good time. We really enjoyed Mike, the Cruise Director (or whatever they're called these days). We had excellent service in the dining room. Adi and his team were the best! And, we enjoyed the comedians, the production show Flick, and ...
