Allure of the Seas fascinating and made me chose this cruise. All services were perfectly run by the crew even though it s very crowded.Especially dining and entertainment activities were fulfilled with a great succes by very professional staff. The menus r chosen particularly high quality and variety of dishes were excellency of the chief at especially Grande A la carte Restaurant. An amazing ...
I chose this cruise because it was a quilting cruise with my friends. We have all gone to quilt retreats but never a quilting cruise. Now we can check that off of our bucket lists of quilting things to do. We had classes with Jenny Doan, Lynn Hagmier, and Judy Fenton. We had plenty of time to sew on our quilting projects. We were able to learn from nationally known quilt teachers. We had a ...
This was our first time on the Allure, though we have previously been on the Oasis. The Allure met or exceeded all of our expectations. The ship was clean, the staff was very friendly, our cabin attendant was the best we have had in 10+ cruises, all of the entertainment was six stars, great service, and dinner at Chops and Giovannis was fabulous. Even though we missed one of our port stops due ...
The ports changed due to weather and high winds kept us at sea for extra days. We were sad to miss ports that were going to be new destinations, but happy that the captain kept us in safe waters. There were many activities on board for children, including a carousel, zip-line, flow riders, mini golf, meet and greet with Dreamworks characters... too many to lists. We did not travel with children. ...
We chose the Allure because it combines all the things that make a cruise a memorable experience. The most important and enjoyable experience was with the entertainment on the ship. Mamma Mia is a delight to watch. The songs of Abba are joyous and melodic. The Ice Show was beautifully choreographed and performed by talented skaters. Disco inferno and the 60's show in the Promenade were fun. ...
We chose this cruise because we wanted to experience the Allure of the Seas while also sailing to the Caribbean.
Despite the ship being sold out meaning over 6,000 were onboard, we never felt crowded, cramped, or found ourselves waiting in lines for a very long time.
The main dining room had terrific food, but service felt rushed. It was hard to get to know the waiters each night, and one ...
My wife and I cruised with my daughter her boyfriend and our son and his family. We have curised multiple times with Royal Caribbean and each time the included services go down. They seem to get their hand deeper into my pocket each subsequent cruise. I mean really, do you need to charge for bottled water?
The quality of the food was not great. The buffet was similar to going to the Old Country ...
The ship provided great activities for both adults and kids. The themed "Boardwalk" parade was amazing, plus there were specialty breakfasts with meet and greet opportunities with the characters for the children. Our granson also enjoyed a couple of days making friends in the 'Kid Club' Additionally, the Aqua theatre had great shows to entertain everybody and the staff ensured the shows were ...
Our son and daughter-in-law treated us to this cruise with their family. We had a rough year with surgeries and complications. It was a much needed vacation. We've been on other cruises with this line and other lines. So far, this one is our favorite. The people who served us in the dining room and did the housekeeping were the best on the planet. Best shower, great pressure and easy to ...
We chose the Allure of the Seas because we wanted to try one of the big, big ships. We had never sailed on an Oasis class ship; in fact, we had never sailed with Royal Caribbean before. We had sailed exclusively with Princess and Celebrity. We do not regret our decision to sail on the Allure of the Seas.
We flew from Ottawa to Fort Lauderdale on February 23 and stayed in the Courtyard on ...
