1. The most impressive improvements were embarkation and debarkation. Not doubt RC has done a great job with Terminal A at Miami cruise port and the new procedure. Getting on board worked like a breeze. Also impressive reentry to the US just with facial recognition!

It was a company retreat, but we had to pay our own expenses. I will never again cruise on one of these monster ships. We stood in line for two hours just to board. Except for the extra cost restaurants the food was rather ordinary.
