Beautiful ship, great service, food mediocre

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Allure of the Seas

SHIP Layout is interesting and fun atmosphere. Feels like a small city on the seas. ROOM Interior stateroom was small but still comfortable. MAIN DINING Service is great. Everything you could expect. FOOD Not impressive at all. Maybe you should consider specialty restaurants because there isn’t anything special happening at the buffet or main dining. But if you have to add ...

We booked this cruise because we wanted a large ship with a lot of port days. We were very happy with our decision. We booked an inside cabin on deck 11. It was a great location because we were almost always able to use the stairs. The cabin was very quiet and served our needs since we were only in there to sleep. We spent most of our time on deck 15 and deck 5. We loved the Solarium ...

The Allure of the Seas is unreal! I traveled with a group of 31 ladies and had an absolute blast. This ship’s size is mind-blowing, and the amenities, service, and activities were top notch! Although we weren’t able to take advantage of all the dining & bar options, we were very pleased with the food & drinks where we did. We thoroughly enjoyed the shows on board, particularly the OceanAria show ...

We are a family of 3-mother in her 50's and 2 adult daughters in their 20's. This was our 17th cruise-I believe our 4th on RC. Overall the Allure was the best vessel we have sailed on. It has a magnificent design with lots of light and interesting open areas. Our favorite locale was Central Park on deck 8. That being said, our experience on this ship was average. Most staff interactions were ...

Great cruise, not as relaxing as years gone by

First let me say that we have always cruised RCCL and have always been happy no matter what size ship we were on. That said I list some Pros and Cons which are not deal breakers but are small annoyances or kudos. We work in Management so we are keen on observations big and small. Pros Rccl always top notch with service. From Radiance class to Oasis class we have found cleanliness and ...

After an initial cruise on Disney Wonder, I wanted to experience a mega-ship. Also, since we invited my inlaws (my wife's parents, her brother, sister in law and four kids) for their first ever cruise, we wanted to make sure there is enough to do, and the price was not so high that they would regret the trip. With limited cruising experience, here are some positives and negatives of Allure of ...

My fiance and I recently returned from Allure of the Seas. This was my 8th cruise (6th with Royal) and my fiance's first. We flew in the day before and stayed at the Intercontinental in Miami - would definitely stay there again. Our bay view room on the 20-something floor had a great view of the ships when we arrived and the next morning. We headed to the ship around 10am, but sat in traffic ...

This was my wife and I's 5th cruise. 2nd royal and 3 on Norweign. This was the first cruise that we brought our kids, 9, 12, 14. We also traveled with friends that had their kids 11, 13. We flew in the day before and stayed by the airport. Courtyard. Good hotel and location, walked to the Cityscape to eat. Embarkation: took an Uber at 10:30. We unloaded at 11am and was on the ship ...

I went on this cruise with my sister. She had never been on a cruise before and she invited me to go along. Overall we had an amazing time! Our favorite place by far on the ship was Central Park. The plants, trees, flowers, benches, and sounds of birds chirping made it feel like you were in an actual park. The Park Café is located there and that is where we ate most of our breakfasts and ...
