Great atmosphere and balance for the whole family! Boarding and disembarking went very smoothly. Carnival Magic was always kept clean at all times. Along with being efficient cleaners, the housekeepers were friendly and welcoming during the entire stay. Great food was provided 24/7. The overall service was organized and very efficient. Each and every member of the crew was very kind and kept a ...

Magical Family Reunion Cruise

My sister in law did research and chose this cruise for its ports and its port of departure. Port Canaveral was within driving distance for many of us, although my party of 4 chose to fly from Lexington Kentucky to Orlando and my cousins flew in from Portland Oregon. She made a wonderful choice. The Magic is big enough to keep all in our party, ranging in ages from 4 to 87, entertained, ...

WiFi, food sides, and unwanted gratuity needs fixing!

We choose this cruise because our first carnival freedom cruise was awesome...but this one was different. The paid WiFi did not work at all, the food was ok, but the sides were not hot at all! What happened to Mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, good yeast rolls, sweet potatoes, asparagus, and the list goes on!?! The meats were very good, just didn’t have good things to go with ...

We picked this cruise as we were interested in St Thomas, San Juan, and Gran Turk. All of these islands were wonderful. The ship was great, it didn't seem overly large, was easy to get around and figure out where to go. There were plenty of activities throughout the day and evening with the ability to do as much or as little as you like. Most importantly, the ship was clean. Crew members ...

Great trip on the Carnival Magic (Eastern Caribbean)

This was our first cruise, but we traveled with another couple that were seasoned cruise travelers so we didn't have to learn everything on the fly. This may be a bit long, but hopefully will help other cruise newbies. Embarkation Day- this was much smoother than I anticipated, but we had a priority boarding so we were able to board pretty quickly and easily. I should note that every Carnival ...

We wanted a family-friendly but not Disney cruise because of our 5 yr old and 10 yr old. This ship waa perfect! From waterworks to sports activities, Club Ocean and pg comic times, we were able to keep them happy with lots of options. Plenty of adult things too- we enjoyed the shows, the music performers, the crazy #funsquad shenanigans with Cousin Cookie and his crew. Dinners in Northern Lights ...

Horrible horrible treatment on board!

We chose this cruise to spend time with our adults sons. Planned and booked it over a year in advance. My husband and I just sailed on the Pride in April and had a great time... we trusted Carnival... BIG mistake! First port my 24 year received a compound fracture of his finger from his cabin door... it seems that and slip and falls are the biggest medical accident at on board. So for the rest of ...

Chose this cruise specifically for St. Thomas and very disappointed we didn't go to this port. Embarkation and disembarkation was very smooth and easy! The staff was some of the best I have seen, very happy and attentive. The cruise staff and cruise itself was very nice! The ship is not as nice as the Breeze, but it's just fine. Spa cabin was quiet, deck 12 balcony with no overhang, but we never ...

Very Disappointed

We chose this cruise for my son and niece's graduation. He wanted to see Grand Turk and she wanted to see St. Thomas. Three days before our cruise we got an email stating that the St. Thomas port was cancelled! And we would be getting $50 ship credit. This was totally unacceptable for the price we paid for our cruise. And Carnival would get the money back any way since we needed to use that ...
