I’ve been on other cruises, they were excellent ( Holand America twice). This cruise is an absolute rip off, Canot get worse service, food well below average, too many passengers ,on every step or purchase you get riped off. Reception never ever gets back to you or answers when you call( too busy).the comisiin on any food, drinks, casino, bingo is at list 20% on top of a redicolus prices they ...

This was our 12th or 13th cruise, all on NCL! We wanted to cruise the Mediterranean, but didn't realize we would be on the MEGASHIP! All of our other cruises have been on the Jewell class and Spirit class ships. All of our trepidation about the megaship were dissolved when we got on board in about 20 minutes at the pier in Barcelona. Excursion disembarkation was very smooth and efficient. The pool ...

First Time Cruiser • Age 70s

First time cruisers on recommendation from friends. Airport to embarkation port was easy and welcome on board was friendly. Luggage taken off our hands and delivered to cabin. Time to discover ship and eat before settling into life at sea. Cabin was spotless and well put together with sea balcony. Toilet and shower with opaque doors and privacy curtain, huge bed, sofa, vanity unit and plenty of ...

Dining Room - it took us 2 hours each night to complete dinner. From the moment we sat down, it took forever for orders to be taken, appetizers out, meals out. Ten of us at a table and all were given food at different times each night. One night our table cloth was dirty. We missed shows because dinners took too long. This was the first time EVER that there wasn't lobster on the menu one ...

We choose this cruise because both of us really wanted to experience parts of Europe and this seemed like the best way to do this. We stayed in one of the Haven suites and I have to say we will never go back. The embarkation process was so smoooth. There was a minimum of 1500 people in line to check in. We were whisked away from that line and brought to another line. We filled out 3 short ...

Hello All: Overall I have not impressed the Epic, I am assuming that it all comes from the management of the boat. Just to give you some background, we have sailed with both Holland-America and Disney. I know everyone is looking to make a profit, but they seem to looking at that too much and not the experience of the client. First you can not take water on board and to purchase a case ...

We were a group of 65 ranging in ages form 10 months to mid 70's. Most of us from New York, a few from Pittsburgh. Had some first time cruisers with us, this was my 30th! Most of us flew in on British Airways from JFK (but it was really American Airlines) non-stop and got a rate of $501. We spent two nights pre-cruise at the Hotel Continental Barcelona. We had several families of 3 and 4 ...

Fantastic Time

We chose this cruise because our cruise last year on the Norwegian Star was absolutely wonderful, so we thought we’d try NCL a second time. We brought our daughter and her boyfriend (1st time cruiser) with us this time. I read a number of bad reviews about the ship a month or two before our sail date and was hoping it wasn’t true (comments about the stateroom design, ugly ship, etc.). Well, ...

Not what I expected

We walked into our cabin to a huge stain on the carpet. I mean, as if a large red slurpee was spilled and it was left that way. Now, let me be clear. Every staff member we met, including the people who took care of the rooms, was super helpful and responsive to our needs. However, this is an issue with the ship needed to be updated or maintained more properly, as they continuously cruise without ...
