My wife and I have always wanted to visit Ireland, Scotland and re-visit England. The Jade cruise stopped at several of the ports we wanted to see. While the overall experience was very, very enjoyable, the cruise was perhaps two-days too long. At the 12-day duration, perhaps spending two days in Dublin and Glasgow would have been more enjoyable than some of the smaller ports of call.

Crossing the Atlantic was on the NCL Jade very laid back comfortable way to cross the Atlantic . days passes quickly playing games , meeting people and all the other activities. Loved our quiet cabin on the 4 deck. Sea were calmer then I was expected.

To start with, I was apprehensive about the length of this cruise with the first 7 days at sea. I was especially concerned about communications using wifi while at sea (I'm still working, unlike the majority of passengers) and also how rough the waters might be and if I'd feel sick. We got a bargain rate for the cruise and had never sailed on Norwegian so we decided to do the cruise, which would take us to London after crossing the Atlantic.

We choose this cruise because we have always had good luck with Norweign. We choose the transatlantic because neither of us had ever been to any of the Ports of stop and the Value was good.
