Well as a huge fan of the Jade and loyal NCL cruiser I can not argue with a lot of the recent negative reviews. My travel group came with an open mind but we feel very let down by NCL. My wife and I enjoyed our 11 day NCL cruise on the Jade very much. The food was excellent as was the entertainment. We enjoyed our cruise and overall had a good time. The itinerary was great, the crew friendly and helpful, the activities were diversified. This 11 day cruise was a lot of fun. Most of the staff was great. We found the guest service staff not as friendly as the cabin steward, bar and wait staff who were all very friendly. o’Sheenans, which is the only restaurant open after 10 or 11pm, was not very good. This was my first cruise ever. We had a girls trip with 13 ladies. I was not part of the reservation process so I can't comment on that. My impression of the ship overall is tired.
