On Armonia 6 weeks ago & decided to go again as a treat. BIG mistake! Embarkation found us in a hot hall with disposable rubber gloves and plastic garbage bags trying to remove our clothes from my husbands bag which was covered with grease... crew was un responsive & said we did it...SERIOUSLY???? We choose this cruise based on price and itinerary. Embarkation was quick and efficient, we boarded 2 hours before the time our cruise ticket stated. This was our second cruise with MSC. As we live in Southwest Florida, it was wonderful being able to arrive early to begin the embarkation process. Originally chose this cruise for Havanna but for the price and remaining iteniary we decided to go anyway. It was a great decision and we had a great time. Although the ship is a smaller older vessel it is in good shape. My husband and I only enjoyed the excursions. The person who cleaned our cabin was great and very friendly. We did not enjoy the food at all. It was the same food for breakfast every day.
