I chose this cruise because it was going to Haiti and Dominican Republic, some of the elevator buttons don’t work, some of the elevator call buttons don’t work. The staff was phenomenal!! Our room attendant was so nice and caring and even gave us extra care. The food was so so good and the homemade bread at the main dinning room was so good!! The food was expected however the ship was hot all week. There was no air conditioning on the bar and restaurant floors and it feels like this was on purpose. We don't like flying so this ship sails out of the NY area. The ship itself is starting to look a bit worn. Our Balcony cabin was very nice. I’m writing this review to correct what I think were some inappropriately negative reviews that left out a lot of good things about this ship.
