We chose this cruise due to the itinerary and price. We booked an inside guarantee and got upgraded to a deluxe balcony. The location was perfect. Very quiet and close to everything. The room was spacious, the balcony was awesome our our room steward was great. Only complaint: we could not get our ice bucket refilled since the machine the steward had access to was broken. This has never been ...

Have a Cpap?, Do Not Cruise with MSC

Review for a Transatlantic Cruise on MSC Musica

This was our first trans Atlantic cruise and our longest (30days Greece to Argentina) I have Cpap machine and it requires distilled water. Prior to sailing I requested distilled water but that request was not fulfilled. Once on board, I made another request. The medical staff provide 1 liter of distilled water, which may last 5-7 days Before crossing the Atlantic (6 nights at sea) I ...

I recently embarked on a Mediterranean cruise with MSc Musica, and overall, it was a memorable experience. The cleanliness of the rooms, particularly on Deck 8, truly stood out; they were impeccably maintained throughout the journey, ensuring a comfortable stay. The real stars of the cruise, however, were the staff. The waiters, including Walber, Josue in the L’Oleandro restaurant and Santosh ...

Mediocre cruise

Serious plumbing problems: As soon as my family and I arrived at our cabin (IR1-Deluxe Interior), the flashing of the toilet did not work, neither did the shower drain! I quickly informed the reception about this serious issue. It took them more than 24 hours and countless visits at the reception to fix the toilet and the shower! I made countless attempts to change my cabin but they declined, ...

MAIN RESTAURANT : THE FOOD WAS WELL BELOW AVERAGE,TWICE THE BEEF WE ORDERED WAS HARD AND CHEWY, They had for main courses every day pasta (with no meats) and rissoto. The indian butter chicken it was a shame for the indian cooking!! In general, the food was tasteless,no imagination. it is true that we were spoiled by all other cruise companies (royal ...

We went to a 7 day cruise on MSC Musica starting from Piraeus in August 2023. While MSC Musica is neither the newest nor biggest cruise ship MSC Cruises has, we (mom and I) enjoyed the cruise. The itinerary is one of the best there is with Haifa, Santorini and Mykonos being the best destinations. Others were nice, too; I'd say that if you want an extra sea day, skip Kusadasi unless you really ...

This cruise is a very nice way to visit several nice and different places in a single trip. You can experience the greek islands, the ruins of efeso, jerusalém, cyprus. All wonderful and diverse experiences. You can visit the cradle of occidental civilization in a few days. We made the cruise with our two teenage sons and was a balance between education and amusement. They enjoy the night disco ...

Worst cruise I’ve ever been on

Review for a Europe - Eastern Mediterranean Cruise on MSC Musica

We chose this cruise as we’d cruised with MSc 9 times before and been on this boat before. We also chose it because of the stops. The boat is very tatty and needs a re fit. Our balcony was unavailable 2 days of the cruise due to maintenance. Cleanliness on board is non existent. People walk into buffet restaurants in bathers bare foot and in damp towels and aren’t challenged. Pointless having ...

One word: disappointing

I chose this cruise because MSC is a “famous” cruise company. Too many mistakes in one single cruise experience. 1) overcrowded 2) crew is not properly trained to serve too many people 3) Pre booked drink package are not in the system so they asked a proof that I bought it in advance, and even after it, I didn’t get the preciously deal price 4) Reception team does not have ...

Cheap and cheerful

We chose this cruise because of the eastern Mediterranean itinerary. It doesn't take much research to realise that MSC is good value for money. Excursions were good value for money too and we had great tour guides in Israel, Cyprus and Turkey. We had a deal that included a drinks package which was fantastic. There were so many places to get a drink. You could definitely avoid the crowds on this ...
