Great for Families with younger children

We went with our 2 daughters' families - 6 adults and 5 children aged between 18months and 11 years. Our cabin was very tired with chipped furniture and bathroom. All very clean though. The 2 older grandchildren had their own cabin with a connecting door to their parents, which worked well. The 3 and 6 year old shared with their parents in a basic outside cabin. The children's' beds pulled ...

This cruise was part of a corporate trip. We had a wonderful experience with the Freedom of the Seas staff and crew. The captain, the head chef, and other leaders on board were in touch with the guests in different ways, and it felt very much like they wanted us to be on board! The dining experience was so very good, it is difficult to explain how many options and restaurants were on board! ...

First, we had a great time on the cruise. What was awesome... (1) Visiting these great ports. Most of these ports are awesome DIY ports where you can see and do and learn a lot without expensive transportation or tours; if I start into that I'll surely surface the word limit for these reviews. (2) Except my impression is that Rome is not as easy to DIY now as we had on prior cruises, so ...

We chose this cruise to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary and decided on this particular ship as when we think of cruising royal caribbean is always the first name that jumps to mind. The ship certainly didn't disappoint from the initial check in process to the delivery of our luggage to our stateroom, with the onboard facilities and never ending activities there was always something to do. ...

Stateroom services were not even close compared cruises at Caribbean Sea. At stateroom was mentioned some services, which dindnt work at all. Example, minibar fill didn't work and additionally something was delivered, which was not at all ordered. We asked water fill for our minibar according Your services mentioned at stateroom, but this never worked. I had to order it from room service and to ...

We have cruised with Royal Caribbean 8 times and we have always had a lovely holiday ,but this cruise was a nightmare, when we were shown to our cabin in was so small it was unbearable, this had to hold three people, we paid nearly 4000 pounds for this tiny cabin. We also found the ship very noisy after midnight ,so we had very little sleep, the bathroom flooded from the toilet into our cabin. I ...

This was a special family meeting and I had never been on a cruise before. I have always traveled by myself and do not like organising excursions. I usually like mingling with the local people and do not like touristic attractions. But I was surprised about how much I have enjoyed staying by the always sunny pool, reading my book in the morning. How beautiful and calm were the views of the horizon ...

Good Cruise

Good. A good ship (much better than the Oasis class where there is not even an enclosed space for smoking), with deck 4 where you can walk contrary to the class Oasis. Professional and friendly staff, but you could do other interesting activities on board. Is there room better than the middle of the ocean to observe the stars? Of course not. How about one night turn off the boat lights on the ...

Constant selling and manipulating, but a good bed/cabin

This was our first cruise, and Wow, do they ever know how to create a bad first impression: we run a gauntlet of staff telling us that we must get our picture taken in front of a fake scene. After some moments of confusion it became clear that they were just trying to sell us pictures of ourselves, but the fact that they are all lying to trick you into it really gets things off to a bad ...

I convinced my husband that we should take this cruise for our honeymoon because it was the perfect timing, it allowed us to explore Europe for the first time together, and a cruise would allow us to relax. What a fantastic choice! There are no words to explain how awesome our experience was. The ship had a huge range of activities for couples and families. It felt like just the right amount of ...
